Express Shipping for orders under $65 is a $12 flat rate, or $9 for Standard Shipping for Australia and New Zealand customers.

Online orders for postal dispatch are processed at our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia. We aim to process orders within 24 hours of order placement.

Please note dispatch may be delayed during peak periods. During sales and promotions we advise upgrading to express shipping if you need your products urgently.

Damaged and faulty items 

We are absolutely keen to replace or refund any faulty goods you receive or items that have been damaged in transit as we believe in the quality of our products.
